Her issues about family began last summer when after losing their house they were frequenting temporary abodes including their car. The stress leading to the situation caused friction in her relations which made the husband involve Utah Child division to intervene. The agency did intervene and took custody of their two daughters aged 4 and 2 respectively. The family got reunited a week ago yet the judge presiding the case wanted the couple to undergo random drug tests periodically. The couple wasin for major embarrassment which also resulted in Emily falling tests many times in a week. The tests are intervening because they have to pose stark naked to take it. She tested positive because of Cannabis she was taking for her pain. Her pain after the car accident had left extensive nerve damage but with cannabis, she found immense relief. No amount of legal paper submission has eased her case which has gone to the juvenile court.
She was flabbergasted in the session when she discovered the lack of knowledge the judge has about THC. She was given a warning by the judge. The condition of Robert’s has improved and now they are jointly attending counselling. She has stopped taking CBD and taking in the pain for the sake of her offspring. The head of Child division Diane Moore told that they would not have taken the big step unless it was required.
