Green rush for high-quality CBD products

Green Brothers aims to set high standards for good quality CBD products worldwide by being a global actor in the pharma-cannabis industry. Perfection and quality being the key drivers for Green Brothers, the organization plans to bring awareness about CBD. It also aims at educating people and sensitise the society about the multiple therapeutic benefits of CBD.

Green Rush

The famous ‘Green Rush’ began in 2015 when businesses and organizations nestled in the United States started offering CBD derived products to their customers. The stigma associated with cannabis was slowly shedding away and people were coming to believe in the benefits of CBD. A wide range of CBD based products including lip balms, oils, creams, pills, etc were introduced in the market.

CBD soon became the trending product in the U.S. consumer market and the cannabis industry experienced a rapid boom. CBD showed promising effects and was soon able to gain the trust of many consumers. It showed potential to expand in other countries as well, including Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Fast forward to 2019, the CBD industry has transformed the business market completely. It is one of the most dominant sectors present in the consumer space. An entire industry is being built around cannabidiol in countries. New companies and startups are founded every day with the ultimate intention of profiting from the thriving industry of CBD.

Business leaders and founders aim to improve peoples’ health and lifestyle by delivering them good quality CBD that will potentially help them treat several diseases. After the Farm bill in December 2018, the legal cannabis market is all set to grow and expand.

However, people are not well-informed or aware of the gamut of health benefits that CBD offers due to the persistent stigma attached with cannabis. Unawareness is not the only barrier when it comes to consumers. The CBD market is mostly unregulated with almost no quality control of products. Lack of active participation and involvement from the state governments, agencies and corporations have left consumers, retailers and businesses in a grey area.

The governments are not providing any concrete law enforcement that can guarantee solid business development in the cannabis industry. There is no security for people who are producing, selling or consuming CBD as of now. People are being arrested at airports for carrying a bottle of CBD oil that contains no THC. Whereas the federal government has legalized hemp derived cannabidiol products with a maximum concentration of 0.3% THC per unit.

According to the World Health Organization, no public health issues have been recorded or associated with CBD usage. There is no strong evidence that suggests any kind of side effects linked to prolonged use of CBD or its products. One of the most notable features of the CBD industry is that CBD infused products constitute one of the widest arrays of products of any herbal supplement.

CBD is found in a myriad of products such as oils, soft gels, candies, gummy bears, vape pens, baked goods, capsules, tablets, skin care products, beverages, pain creams, cosmetics, patches, bath bombs and sprays. It is considered as one of the most effective treatments for epileptic fits and Tourettes, especially in children.

The FDA allows only one CBD drug which is used to treat two rare forms of epilepsy in children, known as Epidiolex. A large number of clinical trials and research is being conducted to understand the potential of CBD and how long can it is safe for human consumption. There is evidence in animal and in vitro experiments, that CBD may have neuroprotective, pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties.

CBD may also help as a potent drug to help with motivational disorders like anxiety, depression, concentration, focus and even addiction. The U.S. has struggled for years due to its opioid addiction and mental health issues. It has been found that people have started relying on CBD products as an alternative to opioids. With CBD, the problem of opioid addiction seems to eliminate from the country.

CBD may also help reduce chemotherapy-induced vomiting and nausea, which are the most common chemotherapy-related side effects for people who suffer from cancer. Prescription drugs that seem to be ineffective on these distressing symptoms are leading some people to rely on alternatives such as CBD.

Though CBD has shown immense potential in reducing symptoms related to cancer and aid cancer treatment, more research is required to assess its safety and efficacy. Results from recent studies suggest that CBD is safe to use and a powerful natural treatment for many health issues.
